Bleeding Brakes

  1. the easy way to bleed brakes is to pressurize the reservoir, (reverse connections on vaccum pump) then with caliper moved so the bleed nipple is at the highest point just open the bleed nipple until fluid comes out

  2. I have one of those pumps. Not used it for years as I kept pinching the tubing for other things. Now the tubing has well...been recycled. You have solved my current rear brake issue potentially. Thanks. :upyeah:

  5. a couple I made up on my lathe

    the others are a 1/4" NPC taper thread hose fitting available at any decent engineering shop, just drill a hole and tap said thread into hole, these taps are also readily available
