My ST3 has started to make a bleeping sound from the petrol tank.If I open the filler cap the sound goes away whilst the cap is left open but the sound returns after closing it.Does anybody know what this is all about and is it a cause for concern.
it's just the air breather purging itself (within the cap assy) - some do/some don't - my 996 has stopped now but possibly to do with the low octane rating contained within now.
