Bonus!

  1. I got an email at work today regarding a spot recognition award that I have been awarded.

    Basically it's a bonus payment for some work I did two months ago......

    Now without sounding ungrateful, normally when I've had these before it just goes into my wages, but this time I have to spend £250 and put the receipt in as expenses.

    So my question is what can I waste 250 quid on....that I can put a receipt in for?

    The local drug dealers and working girls don't issue VAT receipts...so they're both out too!

  17. There's only space left for carbon wheels....don't think my £250 will cover it, maybe if the decimal point was moved by accident I could.

    On the contrary...it's due to HMRC that it's got to be paid by the company I work for through PAYE.....so can't even scam the tax from it!
