Whilst the bike was in for service yesterday I was looking at a few other Ducatis and noticed the ones with the same master cylinders as the multi had a bracket holding the brake and clutch reservoirs on. The part numbers are 82917091A and 82917091A and look like they'll fit fine which removes the worry if the multi is dropped and the flimsy mounting on the hand guard snaps leaving them dangling. Might give it a go as a bracket is around 7 quid. Just thought I'd put it out there incase anyone could find that useful.
Good to know. Thank you. There's been quite a few write-ups on that topic for those that wanted to remove the hand guards. Apparently, a good place they started to look was at the Hypermotard line. 2019 Hypermotard 950 shown below
It was a hyper that I was looking at mostly so that makes sense...this is the original part but you can get carbon ones too if that's your bag..https://images.app.goo.gl/rm847qE4GZb6Yuzn8
