Brakes

  1. ok if i know change my calipers fro the 4 pot ones, i assume i will need to swap my mastercylinders?

  2. Depends on the piston size of the calipers....you match your master cylinder to that....

  3. I fitted new brakes and used the existing master cylinder and everything good. 20170817_190958.jpg

  4. I'm still after a set of those brake lines you have. I need to get around to ordering some.

  5. Yours is a sport classic, don’t think they are the same as the GT, but do use the same calipers

  6. David i tried to help answer your question , not sure why the dislike?
Cold i had them made up custom at my local bike shop who is a hel dealer. You can bring your old lines to have custom ones made though.

  8. I think i would need an adaptor kit for a 4 piston calliper on my original spokes, i see you have changed yours Mr Beer! I quite fancy the Brembo Goldline with some of those custom lines from Hel.

  9. I had to carry out some cnc work on my calipers to clear the spokes on the kineo wheels.

  10. Don't get me started on those wheels, i love them. I trust they they are quite expensive.

  14. Its hard to see but the cnc work if i remember was carried out on the mounting face to allow the caliper to centre on the disk and as a result clears the spokes ( only just though ). 20191116_164821.jpg

  15. Out of interest was the material taken off the caliper or the fork lower?

  16. It was taken off the caliper using cnc and a skilled operator then sent away for servicing and repainting.
