THE BRASS MONKEY RUN A few of us are heading to the Vic bikers pub Coalville Leicestershire for the 2013 Brass Monkey Run, meet up is from 12.00 Sunday 6th Jan and the run starts at 1.30. The run heads out through Loughborough, Woodhouse Eaves, and Markfield. Funds raised go to Rainbows childrens hospice.
Good turn out of 200 + bikes Fog just about cleared, and 3 Multistrada's on the run Covered by BBC East Midlands Today News
Donations were a min of £2.50 / bike, most put in more so £500.00 +. Never been to the Vic bikers pub before but looks a great meet up point for anyone in the Midlands. I go to the Vic a bit in the summer. Yes its mainly an MCC but they are friendly enough to others. Very nice video, I recognised Mansfield Woodhouse I think. I would have gone on this but I forgot and went to the Ponderosa instead. Next year.
