Brembo Calliper Pitch Bolt Torque

  1. Looking for the spec for the pinch bolts on brembo callipers, silly me thought the info would be readily available online but I cannot find a straight answer, do I go by the bolt spec?

    cheers

  2. When you say 'pinch bolt', are you talking about the M10 caliper securing bolts ? If you are, my 1098R M4 calipers are 43 Nm. Andy

  3. Hi Andy
No I mean the bolts that hold the two calliper halves together.
    Cheers

  4. Or are you talking about the bolts holding together the 2 halves of the calipers on older models, not radially mounted?

If so on my Carby 900ss it was 33Nm, I used the same setting on my S4R as I couldn't find a torque setting for this bike.

  5. Hi.
Goldline torque is 28 - 32 NM and Brembo recommend you use blue loctite

  6. Radials same as the ones found on the 999r
    Cheers I’ll go for 32

  7. Cheers I’ll go for 32 with blue
