Brexit: What Happens Now?

Discussion in 'Speakers Corner' started by Loz, May 23, 2015.

?
  1. Full Brexit with "no EU deal" on the 29th March.

  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  5. Table a motion in parliament to Remain in EU WITHOUT a referendum.

  6. I don't know or I don't care anymore

  1. What happens next?

Looks like Groundhog day #4 coming early in June.
May will be ousted -resign- within days of that failing.
New caretaker PM whilst Tories have a popularity contest

  4. Since you’re pro Brexit and think that climate change is bollox I guess you don’t like Trump. 1 out of 3 ain’t bad!

  5. And that is why Trump will win 2020 and a second term. Democrats are still fighting the 2016 election and have nothing to offer other than hate. It's because of what and who the democrats do and are, is what gave America Trump, they will never learn.

  7. Does he say “ Everyone has a plan until they get a punch in the mouth”?
    Or even:
“Chacun a un plan jusqu’à ce qu’il reçoive un poing dans la gueule.”

  9. You sure his name is not renee'?

  10. Not even my name choice unfortunately. He is a rescue centre doggy. Seized from an apartment with a dog-beating alcoholic owner that did not feed him enough and never took him outside.

    Probably a gilet jaune.

The difficulty I have, is that you have yet to put a coherent one forward.

  17. who is we, when you say "we" will be better off.

  18. That's a great idea. I'm thinking of one that says fuck the doggy police or fuck brexit. What do you think?

  19. I have been reading what is published of the legal argument that Robin Tillbrook (English Democrats) is putting forward in an attempt to prove we actually left on 29th March as what Theresa May did in extending the timescale was unlawful. It appears that Gina Miller's case strangely may set a precedent which could prove Tillbrook's case.

IMO, I think he is correct with his argument.
