Good day, I'm looking for a pair of trashed mirrors that are good at the mounting end to cut down to make some blanks. Don't want to use the ones i have so I can return the bike to original if needed but they are only good for arm inspection. I've seen some that were made using the heads of plastic disposable spoons!! After seeing them I tried some for myself and they definitely had the right shape and no doubt with a bit of effort I could have made them work. Possibly a minor Winter project for me.

I saw a comment somewhere to use the numberplate plastic screws with big washers used on track bikes. Dunno if the fairing would be secure enough like that hence modifying originals with the two pins and a securing screw.
