A Mate got me into the boss several years ago, up until then I’d only ever listened to the “Born in the USA” album (Every track a classic) If you have never seen him live you will definitely not be disappointed, he has written so many great songs and albums and he always gives it everything on stage, I saw him a couple of years ago I think he was about 64 at the time, but you would have thought he was 30 years younger than that, he played for a good 3 hours non-stop, it must have been one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. So if you think The Boss is only “Born in The USA” think again he is so much more than that. Uk dates are 25th May Manchester 27th & 29th May Dublin 1st June Glasgow 3rd June Coventry 5th June London
I saw him at the Olympic park a summer or two ago. Never been a fan up til then but have to admit he was ace (especially as a massive Soprano’s fan).
tickets will sell in minutes, then miraculously appear on the gobshite ticket tout sites at 3x their face value. wil try to get some via official channels at face value, but hate the fact that ticketmaster sell to touts, then set up a touting platform (stubhub) to make even more money on the poor unwashed (or middle-aged, middle-class, rose-tinted spectacled clan). and breathe...
as my girlfriend put it "double-denim fist pump"! got a pair of tickets through the official channels for the Coventry concert. not seen him since the late 80s at the MK bowl, so really looking forward to it
We've got our tickets for Wembley sorted. This'll be the 4th time I've seen him. First time was in 1985 and each concert since has got better and better. Without a doubt the best live performances I've seen.
I've got tickets for Coventry. The same weekend I was supposed to go to the TT. He's 66 so how long can he keep doing it.
