Build Project ? I'd Say ! My New Stable!

  1. Well it was about time...not the sort of build project you might expect but thought I'd share my new look stable that might inspire some of you to tidy up yours ! :Facepalm:

    And of course wouldn't be complete without the kitchen sink ... complete with hot and cold running water if you please.....

  6. Ah great. First I discover The Garage Journal and now you go and post this... My head is running over with ideas for our soon to be bike shed. Great stable!

  7. Very slick but it needs a project bike up on a ramp in the middle and i can't see a hook for your wife's apron next to the sink.

    Wall Cupboards, worktop, were from Ikea
    Red lockers were from Lockers 3000.com (thanks Ross good match on the Ducati Red)
    Big double floor cupboards are those metal office type I got off e-bay (cheap... robbed em :Cigar:)
    Galvanised fronted floor cupboards were off e-bay ( described as heavy duty...not that impressed with em as there mainly plastic but they'll do for the price)
    Wall mount sink off e-bay
    Labour was cheap.... got a few cups of tea now and again, oh and bacon butty that may aswell been substituted with walkers frazzles! (off the Mrs) other than that it went pretty well..o_O

    What I want to know is what you did with all the cr*p ? errrr items that you were keeping for just in case ??? :D

  12. Ha..."just in case items" some of em were chucked out... "just in case they wouldn't fit in the cupboards" but surprisingly most "just in case items" are now hidden from view........." just in case I need em!" :upyeah:

  16. :upyeah: Nice one...though 450 quids sooner spend that on the bike...getting the mrs to paint me the logo on the floor though.... It will be turning into a dealership at this rate.....saying that I'd make dam sure us lads would get better after sale service....:Cigar:
    can't find a descent duke clock though...

  20. Alright dad! That will never happen Ducati till I die... Jap bikes do nothing for me...besides I could never spell kowasacki !:(
