Buyers Beware

  1. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I bought a rad guard from ebay sold by a company whos ebay name is Sunnymew. the item was total rubbish and didn't fit. They asked me to return for full refund but never refunded me. E bay contacted them and they said it wasn't returned within timeframe which was rubbish. I should have read their feedback which would have rung alarm bells. Do not deal with these Thieving scum who prey on peoples kindness. Remember the name Sunnymew.

    • Thanks Thanks x 3
  2. Did you use any type of recorded/signed-for delivery? If so that should be sufficient for eBay/PayPal, the usually come down on the buyers side in disputes.

  3. If it's the same one then many of the Chinese sellers know if the item is faulty, most U.K. users just won't bother. Again if it is the same one, unless it is an international courier like u.p.s etc then signatures/tracking are nigh on impossible to get with domestic postal to postal services.

  4. I sent it recorded delivery but cannot locate the receipt as it was more than a month ago. I will put this down to experience but wanted to give others a heads up in the hope it may save someone else being duped by these chancers.

  5. If royal mail recorded won't the item posted be on their online track system? Seem to remember printing off a copy of receipt of the website.

  6. He's got more Chinese stuff on his menu than my local takeaway proprietor, Mr Wong. o_O

  7. I didn't think recorded delivery worked with overseas stuff but more you had to pay extra for the international signed for ?

I noticed that you mention they did not deny they had received it but said they did not receive it within the time frame?

  8. Why would anyone buy a sidestand extender for £11 or a rearsets for £92? They're never going to be anything but shit.

Then again I don't buy off ebay full stop.

  9. I like they way he sells everything from £92 titanium rearsets to pokemon rucksacks. I think youve stumbled across del boy on ebay.

  10. He contacted me today after I sent him an email saying that I didn't care about the £30 but would make it my quest to make sure as many people as I could know about him and stay well clear of his merchandise. He says the item has not arrived. I sent it a month ago.

  11. Who buys anything off eBay without reading the reviews/rating?

  12. Camelfarmer you are right. I really should read the reviews. Unfortunately sometimes there isn't time so I just ordered it. If it had been a more expensive purchase I would have carried out extensive checks but as it was only £30 I took a chance.

  13. We should start messaging him and say we believe he hasn't reimbursed the monies for a rad guard and so will never buy off him and will also spread the word about him.

  14. I once got a taxi in New York. I jumped in and noticed the drivers name was Mr Wong,
    His first name was Way!
Took ages to get to the hotel as he kept getting lost! :)
