Cable Clutch Hydraulic Conversion

How difficult/is it possible to convert a cable actuated clutch to hydraulic?
Would it be worth while?
Thinking more for the track bike.

Not sure about the newest Honda Fireblades but certainly the 2016 MY had a cable operated clutch. Unless you have a physical problem with your left hand, I don’t see the point. Andy
