Immaculate Bandit GSF1200 Cafe Racer Starting life originally as a Bandit 1200, it has been converted by an engineer into the cafe racer you see here. Full inventory of receipts available. Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the work that went into this build. The bike is much lighter than stock and with the extra power afforded by the Dynojet kit and the full exhaust system, it pulls like a train. Despite having pods and a Stage 3 kit, it fuels nicely too and is usable on the road as well as the track. It also handles very well - similarly to a GSXR 1000 and I recently had the suspension set up at a Brands Hatch track day. It is definitely not a garage queen, and it is ridden regularly. PLEASE NOTE: THE TANK HAS NOW BEEN STRIPPED BACK TO BARE METAL, SO YOU WILL EITHER NEED TO PAINT IT OR LET A PATINA DEVELOP (OR LESS PRETENTIOUSLY, "LET IT GO RUSTY FOR A BIT") AND THEN SEAL IT. Conversion includes: - GSXR 1000 K1 front forks and wheel (professionally set up) - GSXR 1000 K4 shock with K-tech internals (professionally set up) - GSXR 1000 K1 rear swing arm and wheel. - Cafe racer seat - Wheels and frame powder coated in Prismatic Powders Galaxy Grey II from the USA. - Tank is now bare metal (I will take and upload some pics when I get round to it). - New consumables throughout including wheel bearings, swing arm bearings, linkage bearings, head bearings, brake pads, spark plugs, brake and clutch lines, lithium battery, gaskets. - K&N pod filters - Dynojet stage 3 kit. - Delvic headers and exhaust system and road-legal baffle for the stubby (non-Delvic) end can if required. - New clocks (MOTs prove mileage). - MOT until Sept 2020.
