i have a 1998 748sps and need some front caliper mounting bolts. Found a ducati breaker online and ordered some. I am sat here today at work so decided to e mail them to see where they were. Replied in a few mins saying hey must be lost in the post and refunded through PayPal. He said if they do arrive I cankeep them. That's Christmas Day for you. Anybody got 4 caliper bolts they can sell me Happy Christmas
I've always just popped to the local engineering shop with an original bolt, and got the new ones in stainless , works a treat, looks better and easier to keep than the standard cheese!
There are two different types of bolt depending on whether they are 40mm spaced calipers, most likely ,or 65 mm spaced calipers. Brake caliper bolt pitch. 40mm use stock 1.5mm pitch and 65mm caliper uses 1.25 pitch.
