Hello all, Sorry if this has been asked before!! I had an oil leak on the horizontal cylinder, found it when changing the belts, cam seals. Stripped down and order parts. My local dealer ordered all the seals for the timing side, but decided to order the oil seal for the other side, that’s completely different. The right seals are back order and will be at least 10 days. The seal has a metal ring on it, I’ve never seen one like it before. So my question is can I fit a seal without this metal part? Seal size is 22-35-7 and these are common apart from not having the metal part. Has anyone else come across this before? Any help much appreciated
