Ask DVLA - they may charge you though. Unless of course you have an underlying dodgy reason for wanting to know - in which case they might charge you differently. AL
They’re the problem. I’m trying to correct an error that the droids at the DVLA made and have disowned.
This is after having declaration of conformity and identity authentication from Ducati in Italy and DOCGB. DVLA are unwilling to believe that someone in 1980 might have made a clerical error. With all the regional offices now closed I can only communicate remotely with them. It is infuriating.
