Ducati do a kit for Panigale that works alongside/with the GPS logging kit. No experience of it though. It was sold as part of the superstock accessories. Not cheap though.
What is wrong with the standard data logger that came with the 1098R ? I only ask out of ignorance as I doubt my riding will ever need that detail to improve. As I have said before, I'm looking for 10s of seconds not tenths like you racer boys . Andy
To get the DDA to work in the first place (I have one) I'm going to need Windows XP or something because the PC software doesn't work on anything more recent. The USB stick needs formatting with the DDA application so until I can find an Old XP machine (a VM won't cut it as it requires a real USB hardware interface) it's useless for me. I've seen AIM hardware that can do more and also capture video at the same time so I'm more interested in that. If you want to do simple analysis of your laps and times then Racechrono is good because it can show you your braking and acceleration points based on the phone accelerometer. It also links to video from a GoPro so is good apart from missing data channels from the bike.
PZRacing also do a CAN interface kit with a hub to connect to suspension, brake, and other sensors obviously as well as all the ECU output.
