  1. Hi guys
Selling due to not using the gear any where near enough!
I’ve decided to chop in my camera gear for a bridge camera. I’ve been offered £1550 for the camera and lenses but also have decent bag and non genuine flash Which is about 4 months old I’ll take £1500 the lot if anyone interested. The 100mm macro / portrait lens and the 100- 400mm are canon L series which are the dogs! The telephoto was £1200 alone and the prime was over £600 alone.
    There’s a sigma 8-16mm and a canon 70-200mm and a BG-E9 battery grip
If you’re interested let me know

  3. ive got the 100mm macro lens and its great. that 100-400 L looks tempting....

  4. Hi mate, I’m short yes! The camera is 18mega pixels and an APS-C format which with the 400mm lens is an equivalent to about 600mm on a full frame camera and depth of field is great, at the other end the macro lens gives 1:1 representation, i’ll Dig out some photos and put em up for your perusal :)

    What are Canon L-Series Lenses?
Camera bodies come and go, megapixels go up year-on-year, features get new and improved, and occasionally we'll see something groundbreaking. Camera lenses, on the other hand, can last a lifetime if properly cared for.

2017 marks 30 years since Canon introduced their EOS camera system, and 30 years since their released their first EF camera lens. Since then, they've gone on to produce some of the worlds best camera lenses.

However, there's one range that stands out among the rest. Canon's L-Series lenses are their premium lens range, designed for and used by professionals the world over.

L-series (or 'Luxury Series') is a designation given by Canon to their best lenses, which are easily recognisable by their distinctive red ring and off-white paint job on telephoto lenses.

Canon L-Series lenses are noted for their superior optical quality, their durability, weather sealing on some models, and generally out-performing their lower-end counterparts. They are typically 'fast', with wider maximum apertures and lower minimum f/stops, and many contain fluorite or ultra-low dispersion lens elements.
