Carbon Front Wheel Any Point Still Using Standard Rear

  1. ive got the chance of a bst carbon front wheel would there be any point using it whilst using a standard rear wheel or would it make a bike unbalanced

    Mismatched wheels look cool anyway.
    Works prototypes and all that.

  6. my avatar picture is my old 999r with a marvic Penta Mag front wheel and standard forged rear, it helped speed up the steering in my view.

  8. You notice a lightweight front immediately. Well, I did on my 916 from the 3 spoke oems to mag 5 spokes.
     
  9. With the current state of the roads there's no way that I'd invest in a carbon front wheel and some folks say that I've got carbonitus.
    So its a no from me, sorry!

  11. Thanks I’ve missed it now u just wasn’t sure whether it would unbalance the bike so held back on it ,was cheap as well but hey ho
