Chain Adjustment Multistrada 950/v2

  1. I see Ducati are still saying the chain on my V2S needs to be adjusted by a dealer, the same as when I had my Diavel back in 2011

Anyway, I’ve searched the forum and Google for the rear axle nut torque. I have two figures, both of which are “definitely correct”. One says it’s 156NM, the other says it’s 180NM. Does anyone know for sure sure?

    Many thanks :upyeah:

  2. You could buy the workshop manual. Unofficial source as probably only available to dealers. Did this for my 1260, useful for info such as this. Not saying that this is the same source or that this site is legit, you'll need to do your own checks...

  3. Thanks. It’s crazy that Ducati don’t include such basic information in the owner’s manual. The manual for my KTM 790 Duke has all this info, for example. Still, not to worry. I might call the dealer and ask him to tell me ;)

  4. Once you get the cover off adjusting the chain is straightforward, well it was on my 1260
