There is a previous thread asking just that question and turned out to be a right "Marmite" question. Suffice to say, opinion was divided. It's your bike so don't be influenced by the opinion of others. Andy
I think you need the magnesium clutch case from the bigger bike as well to fit one the 959 mate. At least you do with the 899
I was probably one of those on the previous thread saying I don't like them. I actually had one fitted to my 1199 but removed it in less than a week. I just remember it looking terrible as it would get steamed up and take ages to clear and being a wet clutch you constantly have oil running down the inside of the glass. Someone once said it's like looking inside a washing machine, which I think is quite apt. But hey, it's your bike and you can do what you like to it! I'm pretty sure it's a straight fit onto the 959. It's only the 899 where you needed to swap the engine cases.
