Having just read your 999 Engine posting, I tend to agree with you. Maybe hold off the bits until/unless the bike passes its MOT. Wish I could help you with spare bits (where are you based, by the way?).

That's a helicoil alright, but one that's been screwed in too far and the tang has been left on. The bottom coil has closed in on the bottom of the hole. If you can break the tang off, the piece of wire crossing the bottom then try the banjo, you may get away with it. Alternatively, drop another copper washer in under the banjo head to raise it.
