Hi I'm servicing my clutch and replacing a broken spider spring thingy and need to know what stack height is correct. It's an 848 Ducati performance dry slipper clutch, it's fitted to a sc1000s. Any advice ?
If your clutch is similar to a DP or a DP clone, try 36.5mm. I tend to use 2x1.5mm dished plates to limit the shudder on initial take off so tend to run slightly under that figure but suffer no slip. Andy
Many thanks. Got talking to Ducati Coventry and they said to keep the stack 3-3.5 mm below the basket level.
