How times have changed I remeber when you could hardly move and finding somewhere good to view was an impossibiltity unless you got there when the gates are opened. It used to be a top meeting now its just a glorified club meeting but having said that the riders give it all and the racing is very exciting. the place is still unique anybody who hasn't been ought to make it a meeting to see. There is another meeting in September and a lot of the top riders from the Irish road circuit attend as it is the last meeting for them
Excellent racing today, Farquahar took the win in the feature race, and the fast riders were getting some big air over the bumps. Warm and dry for the ride there yesterday and same coming home today. Chips and ice cream by the beach after the races. It doesn't get much better than this.
