Hi all, my 07 999 is a joy to own and run but I hope someone can tell me which handlebars I could use to raise the bars but not to interfere with the fairing or having to change brake lines and cables. My mate did it on his 999r and he got them from fast by Ferracci, does anyone know where I could get something like that in the UK ?? Any help would be much appreciated
Ive got cyclecat on my bike. No longer available but you might pick up a pair. They came with round reserviors and use standard hoses. If I ride with my hands inboard my gloves can catch the top of the fairing on full lock. I could drop them a bit but its never been a problem, I soon adapted to placing my hands on the outer end of the bar around town.
That sounds good, I don't do big miles these days but was out yesterday and swapped with my mate on 999r and I could see a difference right away....he has a set of aftermarket clipons and I didn't want to stop so soon, so I will investigate cyclecat, thanks for the tip.
