As the title says, I received my Conquest Carbon hugger today and just fitted it, and to say I am impressed is an understatement. See picture, Hugger by Carbon Conquest looks very nice, the heat shield is official DP and looks off colour, the bike has only done 300 miles since full system was fitted so really not impressed with the DP stuff. Should it really be that off colour?
Heat shield looks to be missing the correct fibre washers and spacers. They insulate the carbon from the heat. The screw and flat washer arrangement in the picture will soak heat directly into the carbon. Hugger does look good though
