Hi guys, please can I tap into your wealth of knowledge again? I’ve received some bits back from the powder coaters, one of which was the coolant union (where the temp. and fan sensors etc sit). Put everything back on the engine, with new o rings, but I’ve noticed a leak coming from the coolant union. I’ve drained the coolant, cleaned the face of the union that butts up against the cylinder to make sure it’s clear of any masking and detritus etc from the powder coaters and re fitted. However it’s still leaking!!! It looks like the leak is coming where the two coolant unions slot into each other. Anyone got any good ideas ready for when I drain the coolant out again? Thanks again.
