Hi All Just a few words about Neil and his nephew , we are all guilty of moaning when something is not as we expected, but we are sometimes a little slow to also say when things are good, so the first time I have meet with Neil, a cup of tea thrusted into my hand as my bike as being positioned on to a bike lift to be serviced, ( no hanging around ) big plus Neil !. They both seem to work in unison, one doing one job and the other doing like wise, very impressive, the work was carried out meticulously, even down to the chain lube, time was taken to spray a few links at a time, making sure none went on to the back wheel, another plus !. its a very tidy environment that they work in, a place for every, Neil is a busy man, but still took the time to explain thing about my bike that i did not know, also giving me options about my bike, this all takes time and you do not get this at very many places. So all in all its been a pleasure to get my bike serviced with Neil and his nephew, I would not hessitate to recommend those guys and i can see why people travel to get to him, luckily i am only 5 miles from him, stand by Neil your going to be busy fitting my add ons.
