Hi all help needed please ,bike starts fine turn choke off all still fine ,ticks over fine .100 yds up the road cough splutter must keep revs up to stop it from stalling ,when stalls start fine but soon as it gets to about 30 mph same again cough splutter . New fuel ,new fuel filter . could it be injector or injectors gummed up as bike has been standing for a wile .getting the hump now any suggestions anyone .bike is a 916 sp so that means 4 injectors .
If filter has just been changed but was ok before, I'd check the pump over. Could be a loose fuel pipe of a split maybe.

Does sound like fuel starvation to me. If you pop the fuel cap open is it ok? A mate had exactly the same issue with his kawasaki gpx - turned put the fuel cap breather was blocked, and coincidently the replacement cap was faulty with the breather not being stamped in the gasket. Threw the internal gasket away and all was well.
