Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by Cliffords, Jun 6, 2018.

  1. My bike had a little lay down tonight as I pushed it out the garage and now needs a new nearside hand guard and a few other bits sorted.
Mad as it seems I cant see where to get parts from on line , where do I go

    Thanks

  2. Thanks , where do you get new parts from a shop ?
    Thank you

  3. From your local dealer?

  4. Unless you are prepared to chance your arm on eBay or buy from Europe (Italy) or the US your options are limited to a UK authorised dealer parts department. I have a vested interest but I’d recommend Craig at Moto Rapido in Winchester, 01962877998 option 1. If you phone tomorrow it might even be me that answers the phone. Andy

  5. And Andy probably knows the part numbers off the top of his head :bucktooth::D

  6. Given how fragile the hand guards are, and the end weight simply vibrates out, every dealer probably does ;)

If you don't have friendly local dealer, another shout for calling Craig at MR, you can then be assured what you need is what will turn up :upyeah:

  7. I did the same thing last night in my work car park - picked up new knuckle guard from stock at Ducati Coventry at 5:30 this evening.

Parts chap even came back to the shop to fetch it for me as he had left for the day. Always great service there.

Now I just have to hope the cctv footage of my slowmo fall never makes an appearance : unamused:

You can view the parts here, get an idea of prices and part numbers

Use the parts manual from the Ducati ducati website, call Moto Rapido for the parts and they will ship them to you
