Went and dropped my bloody fairing in the floor today.....not with a crash but just a light "flutter" lol. Gone and bloody cracked the *******. I'm guessing some kind of design fault in the 748 fairings as now I have a matching pair, 1 on the left side and 1 on the right. About half way across the top of the fairing going down an inch to the top of the vent. ******. Any quick, cost effective remedies on how to approach to reparing the ******* things?
You can make them almost as strong as original if you are handy with a soldering iron - I use a Weller 100 watt instant heat with the spatula attachment.
