Dainese D6 Kevlar Jeans for sale in 35 inch waist. Never worn as they normally come with a very, very long leg. They have been professionally shortened with matching stitching to a 32 inch leg but I made them too short !! So, they will suit someone with a 35 inch waist with a 32 inch leg. RRP £155.00 £95.00 inc any postage to UK
Seriously? If you have a small waist then they will be big. However if you have a big waist then they will be small. Hope that helps Ps The OP did give a clue when he said what size they would be.
Size numbers mean bugger all in many cases. A 35 in waist on one makers garment is not necessarily the same on another manufacturers which is why i asked the question.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You mean that a photo didn't help? So how the hell will someone on a forum know?? But I'm guessing that by saying they are 35 waist then they will be closer to a 35 than a 28. Buy them. Try them. Then you will know for certain. Still a stupid question btw .
I think its a case of the general fit. Take shoes for example where Adidas are well know to come up small in comparison to say Nike. In terms of leathers, Dianese tend to be a slightly smaller tighter cut than Arlen Ness and Alpinestars. I would therefore assume that as the Dianese 'cut' is slightly smaller than those of other manufactures, it will be a similar case with these jeans. But yes, you'll only 'really know' once you've tried them on
Ok.......let's just say you were selling the jeans and they were a 35" waist and someone asks you the question. What would be your response?
Well I have Jeans from two different manufacturers that are supposedly 34 inch and 32 inch but they are both the same size.... I think you just need a tuesday hug (or boobs).
I'm not disputing that different manufacturers have different take on sizes. However your response didn't answer my question.
Ok you asked for it, hope that works. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCAQFjAA&url=http://drunkcyclist.com/2014/07/26/best-use-gopro-ever/&ei=q9rpU5z8Asqa1AWl5oDIDw&usg=AFQjCNE64E2x_dQaMz0_KPV_HAMfyY1_fA&sig2=1ccGSYafda3ywgoGjH0dQg&bvm=bv.72676100,d.d2k
The answer would be - if the OP was asked/clarified if the 35" waist was taken from the label or was in fact his measurement using a real time tape measure. That would get round the vagaries of manufacturing inconsistent sizing, and give the questioner the practical answer he needs, and the OP the chance of a confident sale. Everyones a winner. Next - rocket science......in three easy steps. Really, I don't know, sometimes the mods should step in to answer these sorts of questions..... oh, hang on.
