Call me puss old but had Daytona heated grips fitted at rosso corso today Recommended better then my s1000xr heated grips Amazing bloody cold on way in toasty way home no shitty controller the switch is built in grip really discrete Love it
I like those without the bulky controller. Do you have a link to where you bought them from? Or rosso corso supplied? Thanks
yes the controller is a small button on grip by left of the red light you can see it mad4bikes I got it direct from Marcus Rosso Corso
I also have those fitted to my Monster, recommended, I cannot believe you would ever need the max setting, -20C maybe. I have noticed that sometimes if you brake a bit hard my hand moves forward and activates the control button which does feel a bit strange when the grips start to heat up on a warm sunny day.
I had heated grips on my Scrambler Classic. And whilst they were incredibly warm on the highest setting and had 3 levels of adjustment, they only kept the palms of your hands warm. My thumbs and the back of my hands were always cold. So this time I’ve gone the heated gloves route (with batteries), and so far they’ve worked really well keeping the whole of my hands warm even in minus conditions.
Nice. Been looking at these exact heated grips for my Monster. Any more pictures showing the wire coming from the grips..my concern is looking messy. They look good in the photos but cant see the wires.
Wires all hidden by Marcus at rosso corso ! Good job all the other heated grips have that shitty controller this hasn’t so better on sports bikes also much hotter than my bmw heated grips Contact Marcus for grips
Only mad4bykes and. Rosso corso seem to stock them Best I have seen no control box on bars and the grips r nice too
How hot are they? I have Oxford hot grips on all my bikes and they’re properly hot. Do they turn off with the bike?
Marcus wired it to ignition so turns off with bike the problem is when you wired it directly to battery ! It’s hot better than my bmw but the hidden button makes it better for sports bikes
Bit of a report here..... https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/heated-bike-gear-anyone.83561/#post-1784344
