non ducati project but I need a threaded insert made and fitted to an alloy head, thread in bare alloy stripped head originally had steel inserts but after a "repair" done by SEP the insert was removed and the thread run straight onto alloy, obviously this has failed this isn't the first issue I have had with SEP hence trying to find anotehr machine shop anybody know or recommend a decent machine shop capable of doing said repair without the SEP 2-3 month waiting time
problem sorted bumped into a tool maker at the nottingham beer festival last night who can do the job new twist on beer drinking I think its called net working, festival was excellent though I doubt taht anybody would get through all of the 1000 beers available
