I have 6 Digoo cameras. I picked them up for under £20 each. The cameras are wireless and record onto an internal micro SD card (not supplied but 16gb can be had for £5). They require a 12v power supply (notsupplied). I also have a Digoo NVR with a solid state HDD. This records all the feeds from the cameras This was £65 if you add the cost of the HDD. Digoo push taking out their cloud service but you do not have to. The footage is 720p and the night footage is crystal clear. You can view the cameras on a mobile phone using an app. Only requirement is Wi-fi as they are IP cameras. Check www.banggood.com out. They have them on offer occasionally sub £20. There are 2 versions the DG-W01F and DG-W02F.
