Having seen a few threads from people who have worn these through completely, I'm wondering how much further than the 3.5k I can expect mine to last. They're not quite down to the wear blocks yet, but as much of my current ride is commuting and the markers aren't in the middle, I'm beginning to think it's time to change. How many miles have other M1200 users had from their stock tyres?
I was getting 2500 from a rear on my BMW XR I can thoroughly recommend Metzler Roadtec 01 they have at least the same levels of grip in the dry and way better in the wet and as a bonus lasted 4500 miles
That's actually what I was planning to go for next. I've liked Metzeler on previous bikes, and grip in wet and cold conditions is more important than super sticky.
I doubt you will be disappointed I will be putting them on the Hyper when the SCs have worn out in 800 miles lol
