Can only be an expanding clamp. Undo the centre cap head bolt by about 5mm and give it a tap to release the cone. If the fixing inside the handle bar has corroded, you might have to find a way to rotate it to release the sticktion. Andy
I have a set off the bike and think you have to do all the small Allen keys keys. I thought they looked like one piece grips tho
