Hello Does anyone know what the differance between euro 4 and 5 is? Im trying to find a decat pipe for my bike, but it seems almost impossible to get that here in Norway. As of now I haven't found anyone that can remap the bike either. Will it damage it if I fit a decat without remapping? Thanks in advance
Almost sure the springs used on the euro4 models to secure different parts of the exhaust together have been replaced with a type of clamp hence why no current decat from the previous models will be of any use. Not sure if any decats have been manufactured for the Euro5's.
So I got the euro 4. I found one decat from Mivv here in Norway for about 200 £ It's for the 950 SP 2019. Any idea if that fits the 2021 RVE?
If yours uses the springs it should fit. I have the sc project decat on mine which I may be selling shortly.Only been on the bike for 50 miles but going towards the powerworks full system.I just need that final push. Not seen a Mivv decat so be careful. I can't be certain it will fit.
I got a 21 with the springs. I'm skeptical about the Mivv aswell, but it cost the same as the shipping on SC project. And I don't know if anyone does remapping around me. What's the worst that can happen with a bad decat?
Alright. Thank you So I'll order sc project decat once I find someone that will do the mapping. I have to test the bike before I throw too much money at it
Not had mine mapped but only done 50 miles. According to the tech.at Ducati dealer it will adjust to the decat so no damage occurs.
Sweet! The guys at ducati here just told me that they could only program the bike if I bought the full system, with 1 muffler. I already have termi slip ons.. and think the dual cans looks cooler.
Post might be expensive but will look in to it if you want. Don't know when though so you might be better ordering your own.
Expensive owning a bike. 260 for pipe, 60 for shipping + taxes. Will have to ride it a little first. Hoping someone takes their termi apart soon. Got to be able to remove the db killer one way or another.
