Digital Subscriptions To Newspapers

Discussion in 'Lounge' started by PerryL, Feb 29, 2020.

  1. I was going to do this. Signed up to the Guardian and it is awful digitally but they won't close the account so I've cancelled the DD. They seem to think that they hold all the cards but I've got the money! Looked at The Times and thought it expensive. It is not really at less than a pound a day - but the internet trains you to expect things for free whilst bombarding you with adverts.

    So still unsure.

Anyone do a digital news subscription?

  2. i do. the National. its less than £2 a week and about the only relevent to me paper.
i get the IScot Glossy Mag too. which is about £4 a month. well worth it.

  3. I have a mate who emails me three times a week. I bung him a tenner and he lies to me about everything. Win win!

This is genuinely the most useful post you'll get in this thread. Promise.
