For those that don't know I ordered a 2014 S GT Multistrada from DMC Moto in Preston last month. I nipped down there again yesterday to arrange some final details and ask about the new Ducati sat nav. after a bit of a discussion with Russ he said he will throw one in with the bike I ordered...sweet. I was also looking for a Ducati liveried Arai x4 helmet He didn't have one is stock so told me to nip to Ducati Manchester and speak to Lisa, I'll let her know your coming and see if she will give you 20% discount. I nipped down there and had a chat to her, she sized me up for a helmet and let me try a few on to check she was right. unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock and probably wouldn't until the new year. I left both shops feeling like they cared about me and that they weren't just going through the motions like some other shops. So for me up to now 10/10 for both shops would recommend them to any body.
