I need to manouevre a bike into my house. getting it into the house will be okay but once in i need to be able to spin it around etc anyone got any experience of those dolly thingies where it can be squeezed into a tight corner effortlessly without sacrificing furniture, floor or needless effort
I had a dolly mover when I had a bike with a centre stand. Worked fine as long as the floor is flat/smooth. My Panigale has only a side stand so I use something like this. Fairly cheap on eBay, but make sure the wheel attachment bolts clear the ground, otherwise they drag and make it difficult to spin. Apart from that, does the job fine. https://www.sealey.co.uk/product/5637192229/side-stand-type-motorcycle-dolly
Would this work?: BikeTek Motorcycle Rear Floating Paddock Stand Black 360° Dolly Stand https://amzn.eu/d/aRaQ5JQ
If your bike has a centre stand then this: https://www.toolden.co.uk/p/sealey-ms0651-motorcycle-centre-stand-moving-dolly/? gclid=Cj0KCQjw2MWVBhCQARIsAIjbwoN3ofI2riyS31e9xe_dCPRxEsLd2xQ4W_9M2gUAtvdwLTTT7q3yYmAaAs65EALw_wcB If not I use an Abba Skylift in my garage for moving a bike around pricey though, bought mine second hand for £300 from eBay. https://www.demon-tweeks.com/abba-s...MAM5nqknr289yUYzGacaAknaEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds The others option are the less expensive https://www.demon-tweeks.com/warrio...Z0mgwaKrvbZ5EKiSiMoaAigzEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
I have an Abba skylift and correct adapters for the bike you are thinking about mate. But I doubt we will need it if it’s just to position it once.
