replacing the clutch plates on a Hypermotard 1100S, 2007 Checking the service manual, I cannot find the torque values for tightening down:- 1. the 8 bolts which fix the clutch basket to the primary drive 2. the large hex nut securing the cush drive drum any help would be gratefully received
The 8 bolts are 35Nm, no grease, use lock thread and don’t reuse the old bolts, use new ones. The centre hub nut is 190Nm with molyB grease on the thread.
