  1. **SOLD**

I am selling my Ducati 748 track bike. I bought it 3 years ago and have only managed 3 track days on it. I just don't get the time to use it. The previous owner converted it from a road bike to a track bike to use to compete in Darley moor pre-98 injection sound of thunder and newcomers classes. After the last track day i decided to change the belts and do valve clearances. I found a few rocker arms had the chrome coming of them. One was bad enough that it had damaged the cam. I replaced the rocker arms that had ware and replaced the cam with a good used one. With it being a race bike some i replaced some parts that had been previously damaged. One of the handle bars, throttle tube, front master cylinder, nose cone and rear sets were replaced to freshen the bike up. While i was doing that work i decided to make a alloy header tank and front sub frame. The bike has the following parts:

I had considered converting this back to a road bike so i could use it but i have another couple of projects taking up my time just now. The bike over all is in good mechanical condition but i will say that the bike has scuffs and scratches on some of the paint of the panels and frame. The bike rode really well anytime i managed to get out and ride it.
    I'm looking for £3500 ono.
The bike is located in Dumfries Scotland.

  6. How much for the tyre warmers?

  7. I'm currently trying to sell everything together. If I decide to break the bits I will let you know.

  8. There’s a 1098 breaking on here and a motor which would be mega in this bike... looks great value :upyeah:

  9. I had previously looked at doing an engine swap on the bike. I just don't have the time to spare to do it. Would make a good project for someone to convert.

  11. Hi, is this still for sale?
Would you be willing and how much to transport to NN11?

  12. @andy j ?

  13. Yes the bikes still for sale. I unfortunately have no way of transporting the bike. I sold my van a few years ago. That is one of the reasons I haven't been using the bike.
