As the title says, I’m selling my 749 project as me and some mates have committed to do an endurance race and I could do with freeing up the money to focus on not embarrassing myself during the race Little bit about the bike, 2006 facelift model, 15k miles, only 1 key and no history (lost by the previous, previous owner) has had 8 owners in its life. SORN’d but MOT’d until September 2021 I bought it as the previous owner had a slow speed spill on the left side. This hasn’t been recorded (the bike is HPI clear) scuffed the panel, footpeg, swingarm, handlebar and mirror… now some bits have been replaced but the main damage remaining is the scrape to the swingarm. It’s been painted so it’s not as obvious but ideally needs rubbing down and painting. There is a splattering of carbon, a few too many Ohlins stickers and some of China’s finest Xerox replica panels (I do have the right front wind deflector I just need to get it out of the attic). I’m happy to through in all the OEM red panels if the bike sells near the asking price. But they are 15 years old so are not mint. selling as a project but doesn’t need much.
