Hi all Ducatistas ) I own a 900 SS from 1993 which causes me a little concern. When accelerating hard with the throttles at maybe 60-100% open, the engine hesitates/studders between approx 3000 - 5000 rpm, and then starts to run clean again at higher rpms. I if accelerate with the throttle open at up to maybe 60% or similar, the engine runs fine through the whole rpm range. I had a theory about old spark plugs and cylinder pressure, so I changed the plugs and the plug caps. It didn“t make any difference. I am starting to thing that this may be a carburation problem caused by dirt. Before I dig in under the tank to remove and clean the carburetors, does anyone of you out there recognize this problem? Is it the carbs or is it something else? I will be very grateful for any input! Many thanks in advance, Pontstone Helsingborg, Sweden
