2lb mince, 4 onions diced, 6red peepers diced, 10 Scottish bonnets finly chopped plus seeds, 2 tins of tomatoes, 2x tines of chilled kidney beans, 3x tomato and basil cupasoup packets, 2oxo cubes,a wee bit water throw it in a massive pot, boil for a bit. add sugar and bulsamic viniger to taste. v.nice.

something i would make a couple of days in advance of a weekend snowboarding on nevis range with me mates when they come up from the city. honestly it lovely. kind of a sweet and sour chilly.
