How cool is the Fortis Ducati rev counter watch, think they came some 1990s bikes? More Ducati porn for me to hunt down!
Good luck with that. The last advert I can find wanted $1299. No reference whatsoever on the Fortis web site despite a section for collaborations. Andy
Another brand. Similar idea. The price!! https://timetransformed.com/2014/12/03/watches-that-look-like-pressure-gauges/
There’s this one. I presume it’s for a forthcoming auction? I can’t see a sold date. http://www.martelmaidesauctions.com/asp/fullcatalogue.asp?salelot=80497++++336+&refno=
Rare and valuable don't always go hand in hand, they were from WDW98 so really unless you were there would have no value / appeal really other than being a novelty watch, I'd pay max £150 for a minter but thats about it .. even then its not really my thing.
It’s a pretty difficult watch to find, that Fortis WDW98 limited edition. I’d really love to own one. In the meantime, I got myself this beautiful thing, which is totally in line with my 916/998 inspirations. It arrived yesterday in the post. Very happy about this purchase.
No crack on my 916 odometer’s glass so far. I am touching wood, though... Do Fortis watches use Desmo rockers? I completely forgot to ask. Watch was produced in late 2000. The bad batch, right?
I have this watch that I bought from the Ducati dealers back in 98. I stumbled back across it while having a garage clear up in January. A new battery and a clean and it works just fine .
Think I've got one! Was a bargain till US customs banged £60+ on. Edit signed by Troy Corser alledgley

Err… There is no battery on these. They work with a mechanical rewinder. Bollocks, I don’t know how to say this in English, but they « recharge » mechanically with your arm movements. They stop when stored.
