Ducati Monster Swingarm

  1. ok does anyone know the differences in swingarm between a monster 1100s, streetfighter and s2r

Will the hub, wheel and brake from a monster 1100 fit into a s2r swingarm

  2. AFAIK, there are 2 sizes of hub for single-sided swingarms. The smaller is used in most models from 916 to date and the larger is used in the more powerful engined models; 1098/1198/Streetfighter 1098 (but the smaller Streetfighter might use the smaller hub?), Diavel, M1200 etc.

The larger hub has a larger axle and therefore needs a larger hubbed wheel. Other than the axle size, you can tell them apart visually because the smaller hub has 5 bolts on the sprocket carrier and the larger has 6 bolts.

I think M1100 and S2R maybe both the smaller version and so should be interchangeable?
