  1. that was very interesting - thanks

  2. Was just about to post the same thing .

Personally I think it's the best idea yet to come from the factory.

It shows planning and realisation that it takes a group effort to get the gains they need.

the fact Redding ran extremely close to Rossi's fastest race lap on a bike he's never ridden, on a dirty track on his first day shows that youth is what it's about, they'll adapt and overcome the same as anybody would who's not been tainted with a different feeling gp bike.

Thats the problem with Rossi I feel, he's just pining for a M1 but in red, it's not gonna happen and I honestly don't see anything in the development stakes being helped by Rossi, marketing yes but developing a Ducati simply isn't his thing.

The future looks a little brighter gents

  3. All very well for ducati to talk the talk! If marlboro leave along with VR they will be hard pressed to run 1 duke never mind 4!

  4. Audi cash behind them now, not Aldi. how much do Audi put into Le Mans? forget the evil weed money and move on, speculate to accumalate.

  5. Mike, You wait and see mate  i'll ask you how ducati are getting on this time next year!

  6. Wouldn't it be good if stoner returned just for a couple of races on a Ducati. I would love to see it. Mind you I would of liked to of woken up with Kate Winslet this morning and that never happened

  7. To be fair JB is bound to say that, he's just moved job and is extremely close to Rossi.

He also said he'd sort the bike in seconds....... If he'd of said mainly sixths I'd of believed him ;)

  8. There's some logic in this, Karel Abraham ran well last year on Stoner's old bike that still had the winglets on! I'm not sure about Redding tbh, a lot of hype about him but little consistency. I know he's a bit bigger than the average Moto2 rider which hurts him, but some weekends he's nowhere near the front and struggles with setup. Iannone is a class act at Moto2 level and deserves the chance to step up, as he has been much better this year now he's back on the Speed Up and has still got a bit of the Crazy Joe about him.

Ducati would be better putting Pol Espagaro there but there's probably too many Spaniards already in the class and one of them's his brother!
